PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver, transmitter, and radio communication method capable of utilizing non-orthogonal multiple access while suppressing a cost rise and processing delay.SOLUTION: A mobile station 200A comprises a physical channel separation part 210 and a data demodulation/decoding part 220. A radio resource block allocated to a non-orthogonal signal is defined by a frequency region, time region, and non-orthogonal multiplex region. The non-orthogonal multiplex region has a plurality of levels depending on the number of interference cancellations by the data demodulation/decoding part 220. An interference canceler of the mobile station 200A cancels a non-orthogonal signal to which a radio resource block whose level is lower than that of the mobile station 200A is allocated. |
