Provided is an easily replaceable sound-blocking panel with excellent appearance. The sound-blocking panel (3) is arranged between a pair of panel attachment columns (2) which are arranged separated in the horizontal direction, and has, on the back side, fall preventing members (13) through which fall prevention wires (14) fixed to the panel attachment columns (2) pass. The fall prevention member (4) is provided with: a spiral portion (15) which is bent in a spiral shape and defines an insertion space (18) through which the fall preventing wire (14) is inserted through a gap (19) in the spiral, and a fixing unit (17) which is linked to the spiral portion (15) and fixes the fall preventing members (13) to the back surface of the panel (4). Fixing holes (22) are provided which are configured in a shape corresponding to the cross-section shape of the fixing unit (17) and which fix the fall preventing members by the fixing units (17) being inserted therein. |
