摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control device capable of performing optimization control of a reformer which generates alcohol through oxidative reform of fuel based on hydrocarbon.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine control device comprises a reformer which generates alcohol through oxidative reform of fuel based on hydrocarbon with air and a reforming catalyst and injects the reformed fuel including the generated alcohol into an internal combustion engine. The internal combustion engine control device also has: combustion fluctuation detection means which detects combustion fluctuation in the internal combustion engine; air-fuel ratio detection means which detects an exhaust air-fuel ratio of the internal combustion engine; octane value estimation means which estimates an octane value of the reformed fuel on the basis of the combustion fluctuation detected by the combustion fluctuation detection means; oxidation reaction progress degree estimation means which estimates an oxidation reaction progress degree of the reformed fuel on the basis of the exhaust air-fuel ratio detected by the air-fuel ratio detection means and an injection amount of the reformed fuel; and reforming control means which controls the reformer on the basis of the octane value estimated by the octane value estimation means and the oxidation reaction progress degree estimated by the oxidation reaction progress degree estimation means.
