applying a layered graphene structure to a first current collector to form a first electrode with a dielectric layer; putting a separator adjacent the dielectric layer of the first electrode; putting a second electrode adjacent the separator, wherein the first electrode, separator, and second electrode define a layered stack; and impregnating the layered stack with an electrolyte. |
