PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective film enabling long term use in order to prevent a car body, etc., from being degraded.SOLUTION: A first member 1 and a second member 2 are provided as a protective film 2 when a crack occurs since the crack develops when a hydrophilic member is used as the protective film 2 and the degradation of the hydrophilic member progresses when water and oil reach a car body surface 1. The first member is a glass coating member, and the second member is constituted of a tabular member. A glass coating film 2a is a film having mainly a siloxane bond. Plate-like particles 2b consist of a material harder than the glass coating film and having low gas permeability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
