PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing program, an image processing device and an image processing method that can determine an image corresponding to a punch hole by a simple method.SOLUTION: CPU of an image processing device performs binarization processing based on an acquired original image to generate a binarized image. CPU extracts an aggregate of pixels of a first color as the color corresponding to the contour of a punch hole from the binarized image for each isolated portion, and identifies each aggregate as an isolated region (S171). CPU specifies a rectangular area indicated by a rectangle containing the identified isolated area (S173). CPU divides the specified rectangular area into a plurality of grid areas (S183). CPU identifies, as a hole direction, the orientation of a first grid area including the pixels of the first color with respect to a second grid area containing no first color pixel out of the plural grid areas (S185).
