PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device capable of suppressing deterioration in efficiency during transfer operation, and a transfer device jig.SOLUTION: A transfer device 10 includes a hand 1 sandwiching layered electrodes L to be transferred between plate like first constraining plate P1 and second constraining plate P2 thereby to hold the layered electrodes L. The hand 1 includes: a support section 16 for supporting the first constraining plate P1; and a pressing section 8 pressing the second constraining plate P2 toward a first constraining plate P1 side along a first direction D1 in which the first constraining plate P1 faces the second constraining plate P2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
