PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide useful pharmaceutical compositions for treating Sjogren's syndrome associated-dry eye.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating Sjogren's syndrome associated-dry eye, the composition containing ozagrel or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition of the invention exerts a particularly excellent therapeutic effect in treating corneal and conjunctival epithelial disorder of Sjogren's syndrome-associated dry eye more likely to remain after the application of a common dry eye therapeutic agent (e.g. artificial-tear liquid) to the eye.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
