PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten weight, reduce a space for installing a rotary driving device and, at the same time, to provide the rotary driving device capable of being lightly rotated even by manual operation and fittings making use thereof. SOLUTION: The rotary driving device 1 includes a rotary shaft 2, a plurality of rotary driving sections 3 and 3, arc-shaped guide rails 4, flexible tubes 5 arranged along the guide rails 4 and a fluid pressure supply means, and it is constituted of the rotary driving sections 3 having roller mounting plates 31 and rotatable rollers 32, the rollers 32 are so mounted that the rollers crush the flexible tubes 5 to put pressure between them, and the fluid pressure supply means is connected to one side 51 of each of the flexible tubes 5.
