PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability of transportation of a vehicle and safety by providing a universal shackle capable of changing a mounting position of the universal shackle relative to a wire rope even if a support shaft for supporting a sheave of the universal shackle used when a vehicle is fixed to a load-carrying platform and a nut for fixing the support shaft are not removed in a vehicle lorry for loading the vehicle on the load-carrying platform and transporting it. SOLUTION: A U-shape frame for supporting the support shaft for supporting the sheave is constituted by engaging a side frame with a short-side frame part of a J shape frame and the wire rope can be attached from the short side side of the J-shape frame.
