PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recorder capable of making deterioration in an image such as stripe-like irregularity or moire-type irregularity to be inconspicuous in a result recorded by means of a full-multi type recording head. SOLUTION: A plurality of nozzles arranged on the full-multi type recording head are divided into blocks by a unit of the plural number of nozzles. In the case where driving in a time sharing manner wherein driving timings of recording elements are shifted by the unit of the block is carried out in an ejection timing for ejecting ink from the nozzles, a plurality of driving patterns having different driving sequences of the blocks are prepared and the nozzles in each block are driven by using the respective driving pattern by each ejection timing, thereby differentiating the driving sequences of the blocks. As a result, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a special dot arrangement or a regular pattern in a conveyance direction of a recording medium. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
