The seat (1) has a height adjusting device (5) for adjusting a height of a seat cushion (9), and a belt buckle (17) for connecting a safety belt. Kinematics (15) attached to the seat cushion, and the belt buckle is provided for adjusting a position of the belt buckle relative to the seat cushion. The adjusting device causes raising and falling of the seat cushion over the kinematics. The kinematics exhibits a Bowden cable (21) and a u-shaped Bowden cable guide (23).
