PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a slip ring with a small footprint which does not have excessively increased load torque, is easy in assembling performance and of low cost. SOLUTION: The slip ring of a universal head device has a plurality of conductive rings at a rotary mechanism part and a plurality of conductive brushes at a fixed part, and the conductive rings are arranged in concentric circle form to a rotating shaft, and the contact face to contact the conductive brushes is formed in the same direction as the rotating shaft.
