PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straight pipe type lamp and a lighting device which achieve low costs.SOLUTION: A straight pipe type lamp 11 includes: a light emitting module 21 including a substrate 35 and a light emitting element 36 mounted on one surface side 35a of the substrate 35; a resin straight pipe cover 20 having an arrangement part 28 with which the other surface side 35b of the substrate 35 is thermally connected, a holding part 29 where groove parts 27, in which both side parts 35c of the substrate 35 are disposed, are provided at both sides of the arrangement part 28, and a translucent part 24 which is formed in a direction facing the arrangement part 28, the straight pipe cover 20 formed so that a linear expansion coefficient of the arrangement part 28 becomes lower than a linear expansion coefficient of the translucent part 24; and mouth pieces 22, 23 which are disposed at both ends of the straight pipe cover 20. |
