A method and a system for managing and trading intellectual property rights through a wire and a wireless communication network are provided to generalize and standardize intellectual property rights through a communication network in order to activate a transaction of intellectual property rights. A method and a system for managing and trading intellectual property rights through a wire and a wireless communication network comprise the following steps. The intellectual property rights or a registration page of the technology are provided to a seller terminal through a wire or a wireless network(S200). A multimedia information is generated and registered based on registration information corresponding to the intellectual property or the technology in a server(S210). An evaluation requesting page of the technology is provided to a technology evaluation server(S220). A result of technology evaluation and a price of the intellectual property or the technology are registered in the server(S230). |
