PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Yarrowia lipolytica microorganism which is excellent in reduction effect of the oil content in a grease trap, particularly has properties capable of purifying a drainage even in an environment of water quality such as wide-ranging pH, or the like.SOLUTION: The invention relates to yeast strain 02-LM011 belonging to Yarrowia lipolytica which reduce 1% (w/v) of oil content by 50% by weight or more in 20 hours under conditions of pH 3.5-10.5 (it has been deposited with the National Institute of Technology and Evaluation Patent Microorganisms Depositary under Accession number NITE P-01813). |
