PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear box capable of achieving weight saving while securing strength.SOLUTION: A gear box includes a gear box body 14 for housing a gear. A plurality of shaft holes 39 for supporting a shaft are formed in a side wall part 21 of the gear box body 14. The gear box body 14 is provided with a fixing part 35 for being fitted with a fixing member for installing the gear box body 14 on an installation surface 29 parallel to the shaft. An output hole reinforcing rib 43 extended toward the fixing part 35 from a peripheral edge 41 of the output shaft hole 39D, which supports an output shaft 17, of the plurality of shaft holes 39 is formed on the side wall part 21. |
