PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitator which can enhance quantitativity for a detection object.SOLUTION: An agitator in which an antibody 51 specifically binding an antigen 52 is fixed to an inner bottom surface, includes: magnets 3 which include a magnetic material 55 and are so disposed as to be positioned above and below a container 17 which holds a solution T containing a bead 53 onto a surface of which the antigen 54 specifically binding to the antigen 52 is fixed; and a control part 4 which preferentially and alternatively exerts a magnetic force onto the beads 53 upwards and downwards by the magnet 3 in such a manner that an impulse of a magnetic force acting on the bead 53 upwards is larger than an impulse of a magnetic force acting on the bead 53 downwards. |
