An object of the present invention is to provide a quinoxaline derivative represented by a general formula (1). Ar1 represents one of a substituted or unsubstituted biphenyl group, and a substituted or unsubstituted terphenyl group; Ar2 represents one of a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted biphenyl group, and a substituted or unsubstituted terphenyl group; alpha1 represents an arylene group having 6 to 25 carbon atoms; and R11 to R15 are the same or different from one another, and each of them represents any one of a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 25 carbon atoms.
