<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small high-output ultrasonic motor, which can be driven at low voltage and at low cost by using a laminated piezoelectric element and to provide an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic motor, a moving body 7 is driven by touching a vibrating body composed of two or more piezoelectric devices 9a, 9b, 9c laminated.
