PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a painted metal strip excellent in adhesion between the metal strip and a coating film, and hardly causing blocking, in a manufacturing method of the painted metal strip for forming the coating film joinable in high strength to a mold of a thermoplastic resin composition on at least one surface of the metal strip.SOLUTION: Acid-modified polypropylene is included on a metal strip of traveling in a state of 60°C or less in the surface temperature of the metal strip, and paint of including the nonvolatile content of 5 mass% or more is coated. Next, the paint coated on the metal strip is baked at 80 to 250°C, and a coating film of 0.3 μm or more in a film thickness is formed on the traveling metal strip. A rate of the acid-modified polypropylene to resin total mass in the coating film is 40 mass% or more. Next, after cooling the metal strip until the surface temperature becomes 80°C or less, the traveling metal strip is wound.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
