PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform measurement of a surface of a target surface that is a surface reflecting light, irrespective of an ambient environment and ability of an operator.SOLUTION: A surface measuring device A comprises: a background part 5 that projects an image for measurement on a measurement target surface Mr1 on which all or a part of incident light is reflected; an imaging part 4 that photographs the measurement target surface Mr1 on the entire surface on which the image for measurement is projected; an illumination part 3 that irradiates the measurement target surface Mr1 with illumination light; and an image processing part 61 that performs image processing on an image photographed by the imaging part 4. The imaging part 4 and illumination part 3 are arranged at positions on the measurement target surface Mr1 where a reflected image is not captured in the photographed image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
