PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rope of a carbon nano-tube manufactured by twisting together a plurality (two or more) of carbon nano-tubes and having thicker and stronger strength.SOLUTION: A rope of a carbon nano-tube has a rope shape structure by twisting together a plurality (two or more) of carbon nano-tubes in a state that two carbon nano-tubes bind by replacing carbon atoms (3) constituting a monolayer carbon nano-tube (1) with nitrogen atoms (5) such that the nitrogen atoms (5) bond covalently with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
