PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process controller capable of exerting non-interference control and improving operating rate.SOLUTION: A process controller includes: IMC control units 2a and 2b; PD compensation units 3a and 3b; inverted decoupler calculation means 4a and 4b; and manipulated valuable calculation means 5a and 5b. A manipulated valuable output from the manipulated valuable calculation means 5b is input to the inverted decoupler calculation means 4a. A manipulated valuable output from the manipulated valuable calculation means 5a is input to the inverted decoupler calculation means 4b. The manipulated valuable calculation means 5a outputs the manipulated valuable on the basis of outputs from the IMC control unit 2a, the PD compensation unit 3a, and the inverted decoupler calculation means 4a. The manipulated valuable calculation means 5b outputs the manipulated valuable on the basis of outputs from the IMC control unit 2b, the PD compensation unit 3b, and the inverted decoupler calculation means 4b. |
