A pre-measured dispenser packaging container has a lower chamber and upper chamber. The lower chamber and the upper chamber are divided by a solid divider wall. The upper chamber has transparent side walls. The lower chamber is adapted to mount over an open end of the bottle or the like in communication with the container. The solid divider wall is provided with a cylindrical slot. A cylindrical slot is provided with apertures, which open into the lower chamber and upper chamber. A stud means adapted to be received into the slot is rotatable therein, has one through aperture that establishes communication between the lower chamber and the upper chamber. In upside down configuration of the device, liquid in the container (not shown) transfers into the upper chamber by gravity. In inoperative configuration the communication between the lower chamber and the upper chamber are shut-off. The side walls of the upper chamber are transparent and marked with measuring marks. The upper chamber is provided with a lid for removal of liquid or similar material received from the container. A closure cap as claimed in claim 1, wherein one end of the said stud is either flattened or is provided with holding means for rotating the said stud into operative configuration by aligning it's through aperture with the apertures opening into the lower chamber and the upper chamber in operative configuration and dislocating it's aperture from apertures opening into the lower chamber and the upper chamber in inoperative configuration. |
