PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid four-wheel-drive vehicle capable of being manufactured without great change from an existing non-hybrid four-wheel-drive vehicle including a transfer device, and improving traveling performance.SOLUTION: A motor generator 50 is connected to an outer wall of a rear portion of a transfer device 60 at a position in rear of a first propeller shaft 13 in a vehicle top view. In a view of the transfer device 60 from a shaft center direction of a power train input shaft 62, a motor generator input shaft 69, and an output shaft 71, the motor generator input shaft 69 is disposed below the power train input shaft 62. Furthermore, at a time of shifting a transmission mechanism 78 to a neutral range, the motor generator 50 is driven by power of an engine 11 input to the motor generator input shaft 69 via a counter shaft 64 from the power train input shaft 62 to generate electric power. |
