PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive fine particle capable of surely achieving low resistance even when compressively connected at low pressure, and to provide an anisotropic conductive material using the same.SOLUTION: The conductive fine particle contains a resin particle and at least one of conductive metal layer formed on a surface of the resin particle, and a number average particle diameter of the resin particle is 8 to 50 μm, a compressive elasticity modulus when the diameter of the resin particle varies with 10% is 100 to 3000 N/mm, the value of A-B becomes 35% or more when A is a recovery rate (%) when compressed the resin particle until the diameter varies with 10% ad B is the recovery rate (%) when compressed the resin particle until the diameter varies with 20%. |
