PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation margin control circuit, a semiconductor device, an electronic apparatus, and an operation margin control method, for stable operation without affected by variation in manufacturing of a transistor or use environment.SOLUTION: An operation margin control circuit includes a constant voltage circuit 5 which generates and outputs a constant voltage having a value corresponding to a trimming code inputted from a trimming control circuit 4, delay element lines 1 and 2 for outputting output signals A and B by delaying input signals with a different delay amount according to changes in output voltage, a comparison circuit 3 which acquires a difference of delay amount between the output signals A and B and outputs a match signal D when the difference becomes a target value, and a trimming timing control circuit 6 for repeating, at one-second cycle, operations including changing output voltage by changing the trimming code with a predetermined time interval T1, stopping change of constant voltage and change of trimming code when the match signal D is outputted, and changing trimming code at the time interval T1 of the trimming control circuit 4. |
