PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die for use in laser assist bending, the die being capable of preventing diffusion of laser beam.SOLUTION: A die 1 for bending a workpiece W is used when the workpiece W is irradiated with a laser beam 29 and the workpiece is bent. The die 1 includes: a body part 5 on the upper surface of which a V-groove 11 is formed; an open hole 7 which penetrates from the bottom of the V-groove to the bottom surface of the body part in order to irradiate the workpiece with the laser beam; and a shutter 9 that is provided in the body part in order to prevent the laser beam with which the workpiece has been irradiated, from leaking to the outside and that is movable in a height direction relative to the body part. |
