PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the shape accuracy of openings of a network molding, prevent the opening ratio of the network molding from decreasing, and suppress increase in the flow resistance of fluid passing through the openings of the network molding.SOLUTION: In a die 10 for molding a network molding 1, a plurality of openings allowing the passage of fluid are formed by the same number as a plurality of projections 20 in the network molding 1 so as not to charge a molten resin in a portion having the plurality of projections 20 positioned in a cavity 13 by shaping the cavity 13 on the side of a surface mated between a first die 11 and a second die 12, forming the plurality of projections 20 projected in the cavity 13 in the second die 12 and injecting the molten resin from a gate 18 formed in the first die 11 into the cavity 13. The plurality of projections 20 have a square bar shape and are formed into lengths suitable for forming the plurality of openings by subjecting the surfaces to micro-blasting and removing the tip sides thinned by the micro blasting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
