PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gelatinous composition that maintains a gelatinous form and transparency regardless of a storage period.SOLUTION: A gelatinous composition according to the invention comprises a fatty acid soap, a polyhydric alcohol comprising a glycerol and a dipropylene glycol, and water, where a fatty acid constituting the fatty acid soap comprises a laurate and a myristic acid.
