PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature stratification type cooling system which enables formation of temperature stratification in a large air conditioning space of a building structure.SOLUTION: A temperature stratification type cooling system 10 has: outdoor equipment 21 positioned in a non-cooling space 17; indoor equipment 22 connected to the outdoor equipment 21 by a refrigerant pipeline 33; an air supply duct 23 which is connected with the indoor equipment 22 and supplies cooling air supplied by the indoor equipment 22 to a cooling space 16; and an air return duct 24 which is connected with the indoor equipment 22 and returns return air of the cooling space 16 to the indoor equipment 22. In the system 10, an air outlet port 39 of the cooling air of the air supply duct 23 is disposed near a floor surface 29 of the cooling space 16, and a suction port 45 of the return air of the air return duct 24 is disposed spaced a predetermined distance away from the air outlet port 39 of the air supply duct 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
