PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house capable of separating a floor plate of a living space from a floor slab of a skeleton as well as connecting a living space on a lower story with a living space on an upper story.SOLUTION: A multiple dwelling house comprises a suspended floor structure including: a dry type partition plate (16) that is detachably laid between a first beam (12, 12a) and second beam (12, 12b) to separate a living space (S) on a lower story from a living space on an upper story; first and second suspension materials (24, 24) suspended from the first and second beams; a cross material (25) laid over the suspension materials; and a floor plate (29) supported by the cross member to constitute a floor of the living space (S), where the cross material and the floor plate face a dry type partition plate (16) directly under the cross material and the floor plate via a gap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
