PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily, quickly, and accurately analyzing residual pesticides in food.SOLUTION: Residual pesticides are extracted from food using a water soluble first solvent to prepare a mix solution by mixing the obtained extract with water. The mix solution is injected into a second unit 200 of a centrifuge tube 10 having a first unit 100 and the second unit 200 mounted therein, the first unit having an absorption layer 103 made of a pesticide absorbent and the second unit having a separation membrane 203 that can act as a nanofiltration membrane, ultrafiltration membrane, or microfiltration membrane. Centrifugal force is applied to the centrifuge tube 10 to force the mix solution to pass through the separation membrane 203 and the absorption layer 103 in the described order. After pulling out the first unit 100 and the second unit 200 and washing the centrifuge tube 10, the first unit 100 is reinserted into the centrifuge tube and an extraction solvent is injected thereto, and then centrifugal force is applied to the centrifuge tube 10 to force the extraction solvent to pass through the absorption layer 103. The extraction solvent accumulated at the bottom of the centrifuge tube 10 is used as a sample for simultaneous analysis of residual pesticides.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
