PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single line bead production device which does not fall an intermediate bead during transport from a bobbin device to an apex sticking machine, does not cause bending of the intermediate bead, and does not require expensive plant investment.SOLUTION: A robot is disposed between a bobbin device and an apex sticking device, a magnet is respectively provided on a tip part of an arm and on an intermediate bead reception part of the apex sticking device, in which the intermediate bead is delivered from the bobbin device to the arm of the robot by sucking the intermediate bead which is produced by the bobbin device to the magnet on the tip part of the arm, then, the arm is rotated to the vicinity of the apex sticking machine, and the intermediate bead is sucked to the magnet on the intermediate bead reception part of the apex sticking machine, then the arm is rotated thereby peeling the intermediate bead from the magnet on the arm, and delivering the intermediate bead to the intermediate bead reception part of the apex sticking machine from the arm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
