FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention is related to medicine. Device for implementation of phototherapy contains the following: a rim of glasses, with appropriate size to be worn by a human, wherein there is one or more optical lenses; one or more light sources rigidly mounted in one of the lens and holder for delivery of therapeutic light on the optical lens that provides action on the eye of the user of rim of glasses. Optical lens contains a barrier part, which is able to prevent scattering of therapeutic light in the optical zone to allow unobstructed vision.
