PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the alteration of medical information created and transferred by others in any place other than a medical institution, resulting in further improvement of the safety of medical information.SOLUTION: A waveform data analysis and management server 5 is configured to calculate and store a summary value from the file data of an electrocardiogram transferred from a waveform data transmission client 3, and to, when the verification request of alteration is transmitted from a user terminal 6, compare the summary value calculated by the server 5 itself with a summary value calculated by a waveform data management server 4 to determine the presence/absence of alteration. Also, the waveform data analysis and management server 5 is configured to compare waveform data stored in the server 5 itself with waveform data complemented by the waveform data management server 4 to specify the site of the altered waveform data. |
