PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical laminate capable of suppressing corrosion of a metal layer in which an optical film having an adhesive layer is laminated on a metal layer such as a metal wiring layer and to provide a liquid crystal display device including the same.SOLUTION: There are provided: an optical laminate which comprises an optical film, an adhesive layer and a metal layer in this order, wherein the adhesive layer is composed of an adhesive composition comprising a (meth)acrylic resin (A), an isocyanate-based crosslinking agent (B), a silane compound (C) and an ionic compound (D) and the ionic compound (D) is an ionic compound represented by the formula (I); and a liquid crystal display device including the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
