PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant simulation system etc. capable of accurately simulating dynamic behavior of a plant while considering dynamic changes in performance.SOLUTION: A simulation system 10 of a plant 1 includes: a storage section 11 that stores dynamic characteristic data D which is a piece of information on dynamic changes in performance of the plant 1; and a calculation unit 12 that simulates a dynamic behavior of the plant 1 by calculating a calculation formula by applying the dynamic characteristics data D as a parameter included in the calculation formula for simulating the dynamic behavior of the plant 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
