PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to retrieve time when and a place where a person capable of dealing with prescribed desire can be located based on personnel information and duty schedule information of employees.SOLUTION: A retrieval processor 1 retrieves the duty hour and the duty place of an employee capable of dealing with desire of a user and includes personnel information DB1B for storing personnel information on attribute or ability of employees and duty schedule information DB1C storing duty schedule information of employees. When receiving not only retrieval conditions on an employee capable of dealing with desire of a user but also the retrieval request of employees that satisfy the retrieval conditions from a user terminal 2, the retrieval processor refers to one or a plurality of DB containing at least personnel information DB1B between the personnel information DB1B and the duty schedule information DB1C according to the retrieval conditions and specifies the employee who is consistent with the retrieval conditions to extract information based on the personnel information DB1B and the duty schedule information DB1C on the specified employee as retrieval results.
