PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose acylate film having a core layer and a skin layer, which has a uniform surface state and excellent interlayer adhesiveness without limitation of an additive or the like, and a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display device including the cellulose acylate film, and to provide a production method by which the above cellulose acylate film can be easily produced while maintaining a uniform surface state without increasing the number of processes.SOLUTION: The cellulose acylate film has a core layer and a skin layer, in which a mixture layer is formed between the core layer and the skin layer. An average acyl substitution degree S2 of cellulose acylate included in the core layer is 2.00 to 2.55, while an average acyl substitution degree S3 of cellulose acylate included in the skin layer is 2.60 to 2.95. An average acyl substitution degree S1 of cellulose acylate in the mixture layer satisfies expression (A1): S2+0.05×(S3-S2)<S1<S3-0.05×(S3-S2), and the mixture layer has a thickness of 100 to 300 nm. A polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display device including the above cellulose acylate film, and a production method of the cellulose acylate film are also disclosed.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
