PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin which can increase an image density, can reduce sticking to a nozzle plate, additionally can be used together with variation solvents, and can enlarge the variation of ink design, and an ink containing the resin.SOLUTION: The resin for an inkjet ink has the weight-average molecular weight of 5,000 to 50,000, and contains: the main chain including a poly(meth)acrylate structure expressed by formula (1) as a repeating unit; and side chains or a crosslinking part including a repeating unit having an urethane bond (wherein, Rdenotes a 1 to 8C alkylene group; Rdenotes a group selected from a 3 to 25C nitrogen-containing group, a 3 to 25C nitrogen and oxygen-containing group and an 8 to 30C oxygen-containing group; Rdenotes a 6 to 16C aliphatic group, aromatic group or alicyclic group; Rdenotes a 12 to 25C alkyl group; and Rdenotes a hydrogen atom or a methyl group). |
