PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality and high energy image from a subject to be photographed without interruption of a working image photographing apparatus caused by preparation of a corrected image as far as possible. SOLUTION: The image photographing apparatus is equipped with a detector (3) to photograph a high energy image (11) with a high energy photon (2) and an evaluation unit (8) to detect system parameters describing conditions of the image photographing apparatus. The evaluation unit (8) detects present values of the system parameters (19 and 23) in relation to the preparation of the corrected images applicable in an image treatment processes (17, 18, 22 and 26) to monitor the timing trends in the system parameters (19 and 23) and demands preparation of new corrected images (17, 18 and 26) if the detected values exceed the predetermined limit values.
