PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize ball replenisher which can keep the balls grasped due to the trouble of jammed balls securely as intact by accomplishing the smooth rotary operation of the replenishment cylinder against a possible trouble of jammed balls. SOLUTION: Even when the trouble of jammed balls occurs in the shift of the replenishment cylinder 32 from a first position (downflow position) to a second position (blocking position), the replenishment cylinder 32 can be shifted smoothly from the downflow position to the blocking position while the jammed balls in a stopper member 41 are kept as intact by the energizing force of an elastic member 43. In addition, in the shift of the replenishment cylinder 32 from the downflow position to the blocking position, the second stopper member 51 positioned on the upstream side is forced between the balls aligned within a path 32a of the replenishment cylinder 32 and receives the pressures of the prize balls aligned on the upstream side. Thus, no pressure of the balls works on the balls grasped by the first stopper member 41, thereby preventing the balls grasped from being bounced away. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
