A system and a method for performing public AD by using the public traffic network are provided effectively to offer the public AD data by making users come in contact with various kinds of public ADs through a display part installed in the public traffic facilities and embedded with a wireless transceiver. A server(10) includes a web server and a database for the public AD, is installed to a government organ or an Internet web service company, and has a function for transmitting various kinds of A/V(Audio/Video) data of the public AD through the wired/wireless network. A plurality of transceivers(20) are connected to the server through the wired/wireless network, output the received public AD data wirelessly, and are installed in a government section. A public AD device(30) is installed the inside of the public traffic facilities, and enables the users using the public traffic facilities to use the public AD data in an A/V type by outputting the public AD data received from the transceiver in real-time. |
