PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plate capable of adjusting passing characteristics of gases such as air, light, liquids such as water, sounds, and capable of displaying textures or patterns different in display state, depending on the angle of observation or between the surface and the rear face. SOLUTION: The metal plate 1 comprises a first plane and a second plane that face the first plane. A plurality of recessed parts formed on the first plane and recessed parts, formed on the second plane and corresponding to the plurality of recessed parts, are connected with each other to form a plurality of through pores. At least one of the plurality of through pores is in a state where the opening diameter of the recessed part on the first plane side is larger than the opening diameter of the recessed part on the second plane side; and by at least one of the recessed part formed at least on one of the first plane and the second plane and the through pores, a texture is displayed on at least one of the first plane and the second plane.
