PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibration method of a dust monitor capable of effective comparison of data acquired from a photographed image, even when photographing time or photographing place location is different. SOLUTION: An image photographed actually by using a calibration plate 1 on which pins 12a-12i are erected is analyzed by an image processing part 4, and stoppage or focusing of a night vision camera 3, the installation position of the night vision camera 3, the power of laser light of a laser scanner 2, or the like, are adjusted by using an analysis result obtained.
