PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an accurate result by enabling the precise positional alignment of a plate and an electrode in a biological sample analyzer for analyzing the biological sample by moving the biological sample in the flow channel of the plate to each chamber by centrifugal force to detect an electric signal obtained at the time of chemical reaction. SOLUTION: During high speed rotation when the biological sample is moved to each chamber, during low speed rotation when the plate 2 and the electrode 8 are positionally aligned and during electrochemical measurement when the electric signal is detected, the height position of a lift unit 50 is respectively changed, and the axes of the plate 2 rotated by a high-speed rotary motor 5 and a low-speed rotary motor 6 are made the same to precisely perform the positional alignment of the plate 2 and the electrode 8.
