摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein, even though a slit is provided on a part of the outer peripheral surface of a downstream shaft storage part improved so that refuge or the like included in fluid is not accumulated inside a downstream rotating shaft storage part, an impeller is not rotated at all sometimes by foreign matter intermingled between an outer circumferential wall of a downstream rotating shaft of the impeller and a hollow part inner circumferential surface having no slit in the downstream shaft storage part, or even if being rotated, especially a part of the outer circumferential wall side of the downstream rotating shaft of the impeller is abraded, and the downstream rotating shaft is decentered and deviated, and thereby an instantaneous flow rate cannot be detected accurately. SOLUTION: A plurality of approximately semicircular grooves 36 extending from one end face of a hollow part to the other end face are provided at least on the inner peripheral side peripheral surface of the hollow part of the downstream rotating shaft storage part 31 of a preceding rotating shaft bearing 30.
