ACTIVE VIBRATION ISOLATION DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active vibration isolation device of a novel construction capable of advantageously exerting a desired active vibration isolation effect based on efficient vibration displacement of an output member with a clearance between a coil and a permanent magnet highly accurately set by highly accurate setting of coaxial positioning of the output member and a fixed side support member. SOLUTION: In the active vibration isolation device, a leaf spring 60 is fixed to one end of the output member 14 and is received in the fixed side support member 12 of a bottomed tubular shape. A fixing ring 64 is axially fitted between a tubular wall part 16 of the fixed side support member 12 and a portion in a direction perpendicular to an axis of the output member 14 from an opening portion of the fixed side support member 12 and is pressed and fixed to the tubular wall part 16. An outer peripheral edge part of the leaf spring 60 expanding from the output member 14 outward in the direction perpendicular to the axis is caught between a stepped part 32 provided on the tubular wall part 16 and the fixing ring 64 and the other end of the output member 14 is elastically supported by the fixed side support member 12 through the leaf spring 60.
